Charte de rédaction des articles.
1. Warpaints Mag’ est un Webzine associé au forum maquette Warpaints.net.
2. Il est rédigé par des passionnés, tous bénévoles, désirant faire connaitre et promouvoir le maquettisme plastique mais aussi toutes les activitées induites par ce hobby.
3. Le Mag’ est disponible en téléchargement gratuit sur le forum Warpaints.
4. Les auteurs qui produisent des articles le font à titre exclusivement gracieux afin de rester dans l’esprit du concept. En aucun cas il n’y a de circulation d’argent ou autre pouvant valoir de rémunération.
5. Le matériel nécessaire à la réalisation des kits et des articles est à fournir par les auteurs. Les auteurs conservent la propriété intellectuelle de leurs articles. L'équipe de rédaction ne pourra republier d'article sans l'autorisation expresse de l'auteur.
6. Les articles ne doivent comporter que des photos dont les auteurs possèdent les droits de publication. Les photos téléchargées sur le net par exemple ne peuvent servir à illustrer les articles. Toutes les photos dont l’auteur n’est pas le propriétaire devront comporter la mention : ‘’Publiée avec l’autorisation de ….’’ Et l’auteur devra en posséder l’autorisation écrite de propriétaire.
7. Les articles doivent être relus afin d’éviter au maximum les fautes d’orthographe et de grammaire. Le traitement de mise en page et de traduction en langue Anglaise n’a pas vocation à servir de correcteur. Un article illisible ou mal rédigé sera écarté.
8. Les articles doivent être rédigés au forma Word. L’emplacement des photos doit être clairement repéré au sein de l’article. Elles doivent être fournies dans un fichier séparé.
9. Les photos doivent être réalisées sur fond neutre, blanc de préférence. Elles doivent être correctement éclairées et ne comporter aucun flou. Le poids de chaque fichier doit être suffisamment important pour une production H.D (3200x2400/300 Dpi).
10. Cas des articles maquette
10.1 Les articles maquette doivent comporter deux fichiers : Un au forma Word et un fichier photos.
10.2 Le fichier Word doit comporter un texte d’introduction destiné faire comprendre au lecteur la démarche de l’auteur (exemple, pourquoi cette maquette, pourquoi cette décoration, pourquoi l’utilisation de tel ou tel produit, niveau de détaillage, contexte etc.…..), ainsi qu’un bref historique de l’engin réel.
Il doit comporter ensuite le ‘’Pas à Pas’’ du montage et le ‘’Pas à Pas’’ de la mise en peinture constitué de paragraphes se rapportant chacun à une photo explicative. Chaque paragraphe expliquera le contenu de la photo choisi par l’auteur (technique, produits utilisé, astuces, explications diverses…..). Le nombre maximal de photos pour cette phase est fixé à 40.
Attention à la cohérence entre la numérotation des photos du fichier Word et la numérotation des photos du fichier photos.
10.3 Le fichier photos comportera les photos dont la numérotation sera en adéquation avec le fichier Word.
L’auteur pourra fournir plus de photos que mentionné sur le Word, laissant ainsi à l’équipe de rédaction toute latitude à choisir des photos en fonction de leur cadrage, netteté ou éclairage.
Le fichier photos comportera enfin des photos du modèle terminé prises sous tous les angles. L’équipe de rédaction sélectionnera les plus appropriées en fonction de la pagination du magazine.
11. La production d’articles pour le Webzine et leur publication induit l’acceptation de l’ensemble des points évoqués ci-dessus.

Editorial Charter
1. Warpaints Mag ' is a Webzine associated with the forum Warpaints.net.
2. It is written by enthusiasts, all being a volunteer, wishing to advertise and promote the plastic model building but also all the activities linked to this hobby.
3. The Mag' is available in free download on the forum Warpaints.
4. The authors who produce articles make it exclusively for free to keep with the spirit of the concept. In no way there is any kind of money transfer or other form of payment.
5. The material necessary for the realization of kits and articles is to be supplied by the authors. The authors retain the intellectual property of their articles. The editorial team will not republish article without the express permission of the author.
6. Articles have to contain only photos of which the article authors possess the rights of publication. Photos downloaded from the internet for example cannot serve to illustrate articles. All the photos of which the article author is not the owner will have to display the mention: “published with the authorization of." And the article author will have to possess the owner's written authorization.
7. Articles must be proofread to avoid at the most the mistakes of spelling and grammar. The layout processing and the translation in French language are not intended to serve as proofreading. An illegible or badly drafted article will be ruled out.
8. Articles must be drafted in the Word format. The location of photos must be clearly stated within the article. They must be supplied in a separate file.
9. Photos must be realized on a neutral background, preferably a white one. They must be correctly lit and contain no fuzziness. The size of every photo must be compatible with a high definition product (3200x2400 / 300 Dpi).
10. Build features
10.1 Build features have to contain two files: a Word file and a photos file.
10.2 The Word file has to contain a text of introduction intended to help the reader understand the approach of the author (for example, why this model? why this decoration? why the use of such or such product? level of detail? context? etc...), as well as a brief history of the real vehicle.
Then it has to contain a step by step explanation of the assembly and the painting constituted by paragraphs each relating to an explanatory photo. Every paragraph will explain the contents of the photo chosen by the author (technique, products used, tricks, diverse explanations etc...). The maximal number of photos for this phase is fixed to 40.
Be attentive to the coherence between the numbering of the photos in the Word file and the numbering of the photos in the photos file.
10.3 The photos file will contain the photos the numbering of which will be in adequacy with the Word file.
The author can supply more photos than mentioned in the Word file, thus letting to the editorial staff all freedom to choose photos according to their centring, sharpness or lighting.
To conclude the photos file will contain photos of the finished model taken from all angles. The of editorial staff will select the most appropriate according to the pagination of the magazine.
11. The production of articles for the Webzine and their publication lead to the acceptance of all the points stated above.
